1. Who we are

BuyMeTokens is operated by Hritik, an independent builder, at buymetokens.co. You can contact Hritik through the Contact page.

2. What you are buying

A purchase provides one digital sponsor placement on the BuyMeTokens wall: your submitted name or brand, logo (or initial), amount paid, and a link to your website. Standard placements cost US$25, Large placements US$60, and the Hero placement US$120. The selected tier determines the tile's size and position; the layout adapts to the visitor's screen.

Your payment supports the builder's work in exchange for this defined placement. It does not purchase AI credits, cryptocurrency, ownership, or access to Claude or Codex. There is no guarantee of impressions, clicks, search ranking, sales, or other advertising results.

3. Duration and delivery

Each placement is a permanent spot on the BuyMeTokens wall, purchased with a one-time payment. It has no expiry date, subscription, renewal fee, or scheduled removal. Placements are delivered after successful payment verification. If a paid placement is missing, contact us with your order reference.

Your placement stays on the wall indefinitely and does not become available for resale just because time has passed. Removal is limited to your request, an approved refund, or the content and legal requirements in section 5. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy if delivery fails or is interrupted.

4. Checkout and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Checkout will display the final payable amount, currency, and any applicable taxes or conversion charges before payment. Review that total before completing a purchase.

A purchase is confirmed only after the payment provider verifies successful payment. The payment provider's applicable checkout terms also apply.

5. Your content and responsibilities

Individuals, creators, projects, and businesses are welcome; there is no application or routine manual approval. You must have authority to purchase and the right to use the name, logo, and linked content you submit. By providing them, you give us a non-exclusive permission to display them to deliver your placement.

Do not submit unlawful content, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, malware, phishing, or misleading links. Content must comply with applicable payment-provider requirements. We may remove or suspend a placement where necessary to address these issues, explaining the reason where reasonably possible. Payment and refund rights remain subject to our refund policy and applicable law.

Contact us to request a correction, link update, or removal. We do not own your brand or endorse the websites advertised on the wall.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the wall available, but maintenance, network issues, and third-party outages can interrupt access. Contact us if your placement is affected so we can investigate and provide the remedy described in our refund policy. You are responsible for the availability and contents of the website you link.

7. Privacy, refunds, and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy covers verified payment problems and failures on our side to deliver or restore your placement. Change-of-mind purchases and voluntary removal are not refundable when the placement is delivered as agreed, subject to applicable consumer rights.

We may update these terms for future use or purchases and will publish the revised date here. Changes will not retroactively reduce the permanent placement commitment or refund rights of an existing paid placement.

8. Applicable rights and resolving issues

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
